1999
Webconsuls is organized in Southern California
Founded by Dick Fay and Dennis Helfand, both retirees from Atlantic Richfield Company / ARCO Alaska, as a boutique web firm built on long relationships instead of long contracts. Judy Helfand joined in 2006 as a full partner, deepening the firm's client-side discipline.
2015
The next generation takes over in Los Angeles
Dick retires. Dennis and Judy step into primary consulting roles, and Webconsuls becomes owned and operated by Malik Soomar, John McGhee, and Heidi Trow out of Los Angeles.
2018
Webconsuls Nashville opens
Partners put down roots in East Nashville, embedded in the community, and in 2020 bought a brick-and-mortar headquarters on Trinity Lane.
